Employee Business Trip Application
Biztrip is a centralized business trip management module within the platform, designed to streamline the end-to-end travel process from trip requests and approvals to bookings, expenses, refunds, and settlements. The module provides a unified workflow that improves transaction visibility, status tracking, and coordination across operational and financial activities. A key component is its integration between employee data and Online Travel Agency (OTA) services to support travel bookings, as well as eligibility allowance and financial systems to facilitate payment, expense, refund, and settlement processes. By connecting these internal and external systems within a single workflow, Biztrip reduces operational complexity and helps ensure consistency across travel and financial transactions. Overall, Biztrip enables employees and stakeholders to manage business trips more efficiently through an integrated and centralized platform.
E-Budgeting
Budget Management Application
E-Budgeting is a module within the platform designed to automate the synchronization and import of cost center data into the system, ensuring budget information remains accurate, consistent, and up to date. The module supports two data integration methods: automated data synchronization through SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and manual file import. To ensure reliable processing, E-Budgeting incorporates data validation, file chunking for large-volume data, and comprehensive logging to monitor and manage data transactions. By integrating external data sources with the system while maintaining a manual import option, the module streamlines the budgeting data entry process and minimizes inconsistencies and operational effort.
Arjuna
Employee Data Integration Application
Arjuna is an employee data integration module that synchronizes authoritative employee information from the Arjuna system into the platform. The integration ensures that changes to employee status, position assignments, and personal information are automatically reflected in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data across dependent applications. The module establishes an automated synchronization pipeline complemented by comprehensive monitoring and logging to track data processing and identify integration issues. Manual intervention capabilities are also provided to support exception handling and ensure data integrity. By integrating Arjuna with the system, the module minimizes data discrepancies, supports accurate access permissions and organizational structures, and improves the reliability of downstream applications.
